In this lesson, we explored different functions and compared them to each other.
Today we looked at ways to tell if a function is linear...this included looking at tables, graphs, scenarios, and equations.
In this lesson, we looked at different kinds of functions, and defined continuous and discrete rate functions. We also saw that some functions don't involve numbers.
This lesson considered linear functions and looked at proportional relationships specifically...that is when the independent variable was 0, the dependent variable was 0 as well.
In this lesson we looked at a function as rule where the input only has one output. We also completed an activity that asked students to look at customer databases and phone numbers.
On Friday, we began our study of functions with an introduction to functions by looking at a story involving a stone falling from a building.
Watch this video second--this contains the guided practice. When you're done, go to the Google classroom site and complete the exit ticket.
Watch this video first AFTER you're done with your test.
