In this lesson, we looked at linear relationships more closely, and showed how we can model linear relationships by figuring out what initial values mean and what recurring amounts mean in terms of equations and slope.

There's lots of thinking and lots of math involved in this study guide. I'm sure I've made mistakes--I caught a few typos and corrected them...but this should help explain some of what I was looking for in creating this SG and assigning it to you. Enjoy!
In this lesson, we explored different functions and compared them to each other.
Today we looked at ways to tell if a function is linear...this included looking at tables, graphs, scenarios, and equations.
In this lesson, we looked at different kinds of functions, and defined continuous and discrete rate functions. We also saw that some functions don't involve numbers.
This lesson considered linear functions and looked at proportional relationships specifically...that is when the independent variable was 0, the dependent variable was 0 as well.
